Can this hallmark which looks to me as RL can be identified?

Not without some clues as to where it’s from. Did your second picture show any more marks or is it just a view of the whole piece?

I can only speculate that the origin is Italian or Austrian :question:
Each earring has the same hallmark RL.
It seems handmade in first half of XX century (speculate again).
