Russian makers mark

Hoping to ID the maker on this 1848 Moscow assayed spoon. I believe I found the assayer. I assume it may have belonged to someone in the nobility based on the crown. I was told the royal family wouldn’t have had a crown like this on their silver. Not sure the maker really matters but of course I’m curious anyway.

Maker’s mark - EC.

Thanks very much. I did already know the assayer. It’s the silversmith I was hoping to identify. I appreciate your help!

Edit:

Whoops I see you did include two EC makers marks ID’s. Neither look like an exact match but I suppose they could have changed their marks over time. Thanks!

U welcome, James! ----_______----
