Russian Silver Makers Mark on Table/Serving Spoon

Hello,

I was curious if anyone recognized this Russian makers mark? Or possibly let me know what the second letter is?

It appears to have the first kokoshnik mark with the assayer being Anatoli Apollonovich Artsybashev who if I understand correctly would have worked out of the Vilnius area around 1899-1908?

Any information would be much appreciated!

I can’t help with the name but the initials are MG (МГ). According to this page the kokoshnik shows that the assayer was Anatoly Apollonovich Artsybashev of Vilnius.
