I think the date on the perfume bottle is 1902??
The spoon I know was picked up in St Petersburg in the 1970s would love to know more about it

The perfume bottle does appear to be Chester, 1902, made by W.H. Carrington & Co.

That is a Russian 20Kopeks piece forming the ‘Bowl’.
You can see the smooshy soldering at the base.
