I looked this up on the internet and it described it as Russian. Does it have any small value despite its major flaw in the large worn tip? Or should I just recycle it? Thank you.
If it’s actually silver it will have a small value for scrap but without an image of any marks it is not possible to say whether it is silver or not.

Unfortunately you won’t get anything for scrapping this as they are English electroplate marks not Russian silver marks. The manufacturer was J Sherwood & Sons of Birmingham. See here.
