Russian workshop - indeterminate makers mark

I have a mark I’m having trouble identifying and hope someone can assist. Any thoughts ? My research so far says Generic Imperial Russian silver-mounted crystal bowl, likely 1908-1917.

Try to gently clean up the signatures, then post sharp photos. And, first of all, whole item photo, please.
