Scissor set - need help with hallmark

Nice scissor set, but I can’t find anything about the maker’s mark which reads as 22 HAA or 22 MAA. Anyone any ideas?

Thanks! I rotated the picture, and then it says VVM33, which finally made sense. Thanks again for your help :grinning:
