Scottish Brooch which found it's way to Poland 🤔

My friend in Poland has asked me if any of you Oracles could shed some light on this Brooch he bought in a job lot !!!, I can’t quite tell him much apart from I believe it may be Edinburgh and Cooper Bros !!! :confounded_face:.

C. Bros stands for Cooper Brothers & sons Ltd established in 1866.

Thank you My Friend, appreciate your help. I now see that it’s a letter ‘ U ‘ for c1950, and not a letter ‘ N ‘ as I was reading it upside down :confounded_face:. :rofl::rofl::rofl:

This C.BROS is Carr Brothers, jewellers & watchmakers, of Aberdeen, James Carr being the sole partner.

Cooper Brothers’ mark was registered in Edinburgh but in the form of their normal CB over &S mark in a shield.

Thank you Phil, I also thought Cooper Bros :confounded_face:. I also looked at the make-up of the Brooch and realised that apart from the swords it has what looks like either Gargoyle or Dogs heads of some sort !! :thinking:, and would the stones possibly be Amethyst and Citrine !!! :thinking:.
