Scottish Brooch which found it's way to Poland 🤔

My friend in Poland has asked me if any of you Oracles could shed some light on this Brooch he bought in a job lot !!!, I can’t quite tell him much apart from I believe it may be Edinburgh and Cooper Bros !!! .

Thank you My Friend, appreciate your help. I now see that it’s a letter ‘ U ‘ for c1950, and not a letter ‘ N ‘ as I was reading it upside down .

This C.BROS is Carr Brothers, jewellers & watchmakers, of Aberdeen, James Carr being the sole partner.

Cooper Brothers’ mark was registered in Edinburgh but in the form of their normal CB over &S mark in a shield.

Thank you Phil, I also thought Cooper Bros . I also looked at the make-up of the Brooch and realised that apart from the swords it has what looks like either Gargoyle or Dogs heads of some sort !! , and would the stones possibly be Amethyst and Citrine !!! .
