Your first picture is an electroplate mark of Hardy Brothers, a London company with Australian branches. As this spoon is stamped “English make” it was no doubt intended for the Australian market.
Your second picture also has an electroplate mark, this one by the Sheffield company, Harrison Brothers & Howson.
