Sheffield Silver Plated?

bought this pre-owned meat tray for my personal use; however, after cleaning it I see that the tarnish might have gone too far and some areas look like rust. I’m not sure if it’s worth having it re-plated. I’ve looked in to ‘Sheffield’ silver-plated but I have not found details on the specific markings that my tray has. I’ve added some photos and if anyone could help identifying how old it is, the meaning of the markings, or other information about it; it would be very helpful. Thanks in advance!

This is from the Queen City Silver Company, Cincinnati, Ohio, in business from 1888 to 1949.

You’re unlikely to find any further information about it. Dating items like this is virtually impossible. Probably not worth having replated unless you love it. :slight_smile:

A Google image search saved the day. I was searching for “OCS,” but of course, it’s “QCS.” :wink:
