Hi folks, warm welcome all the way from Melbourne AUTRALIA.

I recently come across a silver albert watch chain medal.
have done a little research on the item, seems to be dated 1903 with the letter d, sterling silver with the lion passant, but a very ornate piece.

I would really like to know more about the history of this medal.
It has some incredible markings all over it, including an amazing billiard table scene.

Any help here about its history and meaning would be much appreciated.
