Silver and Crystal Pitcher

Hey All -

I haven’t been able to find any info on the location, maker, or date for this piece. Also, I’m not really sure if it’s sterling of plate. Any help would be enormously appreciated.

The mark appears to be a castle, a hand with an eye, and an upper-case “D.” I can’t tell if the castle has letters in it or if it’s just my imagination (I see a “G” an “O”, and maybe 2 "N"s.)

It is a great pitcher. It seems to be a legend one !
