Silver bell hallmark identification can anyone help. So far i think i have found its henry williamson but thats as far as i have got

This is actually Henry Wilkinson Ltd. The other lettering is EPNS, ElectroPlated Nickel Silver.

Hi thanks phil. Im not even sure what the other stamps are of to identify so thanks… any idea on a date for this?

Electroplate cannot be dated with any accuracy.
