Does anyone recognize these marks? Found on a silver bowl.
As Jools has told you, the Crescent Silverware Mfg. Co., Port Jervis, NY was founded in 1922 in New York City and moved to Port Jervis in 1939. It took over the old Knickerbocker Silver Company just before moving and was, in turn, bought out by Kirk-Stieff of Baltimore in 1977. They made about 450 items of silver-plate hollow ware.
This page shows six different marks for this company, the middle one of which is more or less the same as on your bowl.
Some of the marks displayed say things like “silver on copper” or “SPNS” and others just show product numbers as yours does. Since the headline for the page is “American Silver Plate Makers” it is fair to presume they’re all for electro-plated item’s labels.

But this mark shows SPC or Silver Plated on Copper and yours simply shows a product number.
If you had the word "Sterling "or “.925” on your bowl it might well be Sterling but this is a hollow ware plate specialist factory so that’s a long shot.
Generally people want to know how old an item is and what it is made of. You may already know the answers to both questions but inquiring minds on this forum would be grateful if you could put the rest of us out of our suspense. It’s a small price to pay for “Jools” considered and considerable expertise!
Perhaps a picture of the entire bowl and of any additional marks or collateral data. An invoice with private data redacted, perhaps?

It’s a good sign that we’re sharing our knowledge. We’re providing guidance, pointing us in the right direction. Alan, as usual, did a great job quickly and efficiently. However, I think we’re doing too much for those seeking answers… I’m writing this from the perspective of someone who, without anyone’s help, has grappled with questions in various areas of life. We want to shine, that’s understandable, but let’s not kill our thirst for answers. Especially since the achievements of modern technology are taking care of almost everything for us… My interests are endless… I don’t consider myself an individual, but my range of interests is, to say the least, unusual. I hope the seasoned members of this forum will understand my sincere intentions.
So do you think we should ration data, perhaps limited answers to what is required to extinguish the curiosity of the inquisitor without setting out any data to tempt him or her into additional fields of inquiry?
You may well be right. There is a very high percentage of collateral inquiries made by you or others which go unanswered indicating you have slaked their thirst with you carefully-crafted initial response.
Politicians would certainly endorse your approach. Closing doors and opening windows has never been a successful route to national leadership and I am not even sure it works on modern University campus where it was supposed to thrive.
However, apropos some earlier comments you were kind enough to read, it is also a function which AI can eventually duplicate more easily than an open-ended line of inquiry, so perhaps in our own defence…?

Or maybe I’ll just watch in silence, not caring…
That would be most unfortunate. You are a dedicated researcher with access to European data bases denied to those of us with fewer language skills. I am sure your silence would be mourned by both those you otherwise enlighten and your collaborators who have long since decided your rather brusque style is more than compensated for by the value you bring to the Forum.

Wise, cultured, generous… Christopher, you are amazing! Your words are the best motivation! Thank you!
