T W & S between the TW and S looks like an Owl or other bird
We need a clear, closeup photo of the marks.
The TW&S mark is an electroplate mark of Thomas Wilkinson of Birmingham. Your second picture shows a Birmingham sterling silver hallmark with the date letter D for 1928/29. The maker’s mark is too blurred to make out. To get it in focus you should either photograph it through a magnifying glass, use your camera’s macro feature if it has one or move the camera back until it can focus. A picture of the whole piece would also be useful as it seems strange to mix electroplate and sterling in the same item.

I believe the second photo, of a real sterling hallmark, is from the lid of the glass powder puff that he mentioned in another thread.
