Hello everyone. I have a pair of silver candlesticks, base diameter 4 3/4", height 9 1/4". The base markings read “M Sterling reinforced with cement 580.” There is no discernable company stamp. Can anyone advise me on who made these and the value? I believe them to be quite old.
