Hi, I need help in identifying the maker, origin, and approximate age of this silver creamer I purchased at an estate sale. I don’t think the hallmark “H B” is Hester Bateman. Also there are addition information on the bottom of the creamer, but I’m concerned about cleaning it, maybe lessening its value. Please help!

I would suggest that this is not silver. The marks look more like pewter marks to me. If it were silver, cleaning it would not lessen the value - silver should be shiny.
