The cutlery set is one design and probably comes from one manufacturer. Try to find the most legible signature and post a photo of it here.
I think it’s from Portugal.

I did an image search on the fork handles and came close with this item that sold at auction. I know close is not the answer. I will keep looking for the pattern. As for selling you might try Christies or Sothebys they gladly look at photos and will consign to auction if they feel, it is worth auctioning. Of course there are sellers fees.
