Hi I have a silver dish with a handle on it it has the initials L & W in shield and anchor and the initials BP or EP not sure, I have found out that this could be made by lee and wigfull but are not sure of the year
You may find the mark on your dish on this link which shows a number of Lee & Wigfull’s marks. The marks shown there are all electroplate marks and yours is also electroplate (EP). BP would be Britannia Plate which is much the same. Electroplated wares have no intrisic value as they comprise a base metal with only a very thin layer of pure silver deposited on the surface. Your dish has decorative value only.
