Silver/Gold Fork - Can't seem to identify markings

Hi there,

I collect a lot of British and French Cutlery but am still fairly new at reading markings. I’ve been given a fork with a very distinct logo as pictured below but I’m having trouble sourcing the manufacturer details. If anyone is familiar with it and could give me a hand I’d be grateful - thank you!

The monogram is almost certainly nothing to do with the manufacturer. It probably shows the identity of the original owner.
