Can anyone please tell me what the hallmarks on my mothers pocket watch mean.

I can’t quite make out those numbers showing the silver quality, looks like .935 or .956 or something like that? Anyway, that would indicate it’s not from Canada, USA, UK, or France. I cannot remember who has silver in those fractions to tell you which country to look at for further information.
