I have a Homan MFG COMPANY quadruple plated jewelry box.
It has an anchor marking on the bottom made in USA and the number 182
Special metal
I would like to have it restored and wonder whether is worth it and where I should take it. Anyone have any suggestions?

As it is electroplated it has no intrinsic value for precious metal content. Any restoration work will probably cost more than its few dollars value.
