Silver mark unknown

I am trying to identify silvermark that is the same on the cup, but have no clue.
It looks similar to Cincinnatus lorillon, a french silversmith, but the date doesn’t match with.
Can someone help identifying this?

This is a French electroplate mark. C&L is the mark of Collignon & Léger, 22 rue Oberkampf, Paris.

Note that French silver makers’ marks are in a lozenge / diamond and electroplaters’ marks are in squares or rectangles. The “12” here is an indication of the amount of silver used in the plating process.
