Silver marking Please if you can

Does anyone know this marking by any chance? I’ve tried but I’m just clueless. Appreciate any help.

This is almost certainly an armorial of the family who originally owned the piece and not a silver mark. Have a look to see if there is another mark, probably underneath.

Thank you Phil so much, as I am trying to learn family history by piecing things together. I cannot thank you enough. Interesting how all the symbols mean something, but I wasn’t sure if it was an arrow or dagger on right side. I love it thank you
