Your first picture shows a London sterling silver import mark for the assay year 1894/95 and the sponsor’s (importer’s) mark of Thomas Glaser. The second picture is of the original manufacturer’s mark. It seems typical of the sort of mark used by makers in Hanau, Germany, an important silver making area at the end of the 19th century. Unfortunately I am unable to identify the maker.
