This is not really supposed to be a guessing game. The usual way people do is it put clear pictures of the item and marks on the site and provide any data they think will be helpful.
But based on one of the photos say ARG 800 I would hazard it might be 800 silver, there again statistically it is more likely plate.

Given the prepondersnce of plate items put up for discussion. in the “silver collectors forum” one wonders if there might not be room for a “electro-plate collectors forum” to be created for those intend of acquiring the stuff and discussing its virtues or lack of them.
Silver in the last month or so has become so expensive as a base metal we are going to see tons of it trolleyed off to the smelters.
The last time this happened, courtesy of the Hunt Bros failed attempt to corner the market, I set up shop en route to the local smelter and bought off anybody responding to my sign “Cash for old silver”.
The difference between now and then is Bunker Hunt created a bubble. This is a genuine shortage, predicated on industrial need rather than collector ardour.
