Silver plated Art Nouveau tray, can't decipher the mark

Hi!

Quick intro: I’m a French collector living in South America, my main focus is Art Nouveau/Deco, a bit of modern design too.

I bought yesterday this tray at the local fleamarket. I can’t decipher the mark, looks like two XX above (?).

I’ll try to take a better picture of the mark if this one is not good enough.

Suggestions are very welcome, thanks a lot
