Silver Ring 10 grams

Hi there I recently came accross this ring during a clear out at home and wondered if anyone could shed any light on it or where it may have came from. Its 10g and also features a stone that has a diameter of 2mm. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Alex

Your ring was assayed in Sheffield in 2000:

The maker’s mark is for Dower & Hall

Based on its weight, the raw silver melt value is only about £13, but the stone would make some difference. No idea about what it is, however!

Good to know. I would imagine the stone wont be of much value to be honest but might get it checked out one day. Thanks though.
