Silver spoon coat of arms help

I have this spoon made by John Round and Son, hallmarked Sheffield 1899.
I’m trying to work out what the coat of arms is?
Any ideas would be most appreciated!

The city of Salisbury. Heraldic convention means that the stripes are alternately or (yellow as shown by the dots) and azure (blue as shown by the horizontal lines).

Thanks Phil! I was thinking something more exotic with the double headed eagles!

Do you think there’s much worth to it? Was clearing out the attic and it caught my eye

It looks like a fairly standard souvenir spoon so probably won’t have very much value.
