Silver teaspoon or serving spoon

Hi I have this silver teaspoon as in the pictures, please may I have some help identifying it and would it be possible for an approximate date. Is there any value attached to this item?

Thank you so much, as always your advice is highly valued and appreciated.

Kind regards
Bev

The hallmark on your spoon shows that it was assayed as sterling silver in Birmingham during the assay year 1900/01. The maker, L&S, is Levi & Salaman who were prolific manufacturers of silver and electroplate. As this spoon is teaspoon size but with a flat “bowl” I suggest it was probably intended for serving small cakes or petits fours.
