Silver teaspoons and sugar tongs

Hi there, my nana left a set of silver teaspoons and a sugar tong and I was wondering what the stamps meant on them please.

Also have England stamped on them as well.

Thank you for your help.

I hope you won’t be too disappointed to find that your legacy is not solid silver. The letters in your picture are EPNS which stands for electroplated nickel silver; i.e. the spoons and tongs are made of a base metal (nickel silver is a pewter-like alloy containing, perversely, no silver at all) coated by an electrochemical process with an extremely thin layer of pure silver. There is no way of working out who were the manufacturers if the only marks are as you describe.
