I wonder if anyone can help identify this very worn hallmark. Its on a dainty tulip shaped bud vase. Thank you in advance

It’s not hallmarked - i.e., it’s not sterling silver. The letters are EPNS, for electroplated nickel silver. Tough to guess at the maker because of the heavily rubbed maker’s mark.

Thats great thank you. Now you say EPNS the letters are obvious.!!! Just couldnt make them out.
