Silverware Symbols Enquiry

Hello,

I’m very grateful this forum exists!

I am attempting to strike the iron while it’s hot, while prices are up, and looking to getting my family silverware identified and valued. I have about a dozen pieces of this brand. Would anyone happen to know if this is worth anything more than the normal value of silver?

Thank you very much for your time,

Kyle Jones

Thank you so much Alan. I can’t contribute in any way, I am just a visitor here, but thanks for taking the time to send this information.

I thought I had a little fortune, it turns out to be silver plate! Haha… oh well!

All the best

Haha, I think these are the only 2 uses possible. For the garden or to serve soup, it can’t do anything else! I’ll try both and find out its best purpose.

First of all welcome to this wonderful forum KJ, second I’m absolutely elated that spoon wasn’t in my mums possession when she was dishing out the Cod liver oil when we were kids . Lol

Thanks! It’s a nice place here. I’m so curious now.. You guys are causing me to ponder collecting silver pieces. I will do it.

Right? Depending on the mother this could be her best weapon!

Bart, (sorry I called you Alan before, error in my email) I can’t thank you enough for taking the time to identify the origins of my family silverware. I appreciate your kindness.

I will start collecting silver antiques because of you and Alan.
