simpson, hall, miller and co maybe? plus one other

hi everyone could some one tell me if this mark is from Simpson, Hall, Miller and co
and maybe give me a idea of age?

also i am posting another strange spoon with the only mark i can find is 925/1000
anything you can tell me about it would be great, like what it might be used for, for starters

ok after further searching the spoon i thought that was a simpson hall and miller is a frontenac patteren
the spoon with the star holes is a mote spoon dating to the 1770`s
used for tea making and worth a pretty pennie
