simpson, hall, miller and co maybe? plus one other

#1

hi everyone could some one tell me if this mark is from Simpson, Hall, Miller and co
and maybe give me a idea of age?

also i am posting another strange spoon with the only mark i can find is 925/1000
anything you can tell me about it would be great, like what it might be used for, for starters

sorry for the links but could not get them to load, i think they are to big and do not know how to re-size
