Skyward pattern 1881 Rogers Onieda Silverware set

I have a set of the “Skyward” pattern Silverware set by 1881 Rogers, Onieda from 1963. It has been passed down to me from my mother and grandmother. I have 16 Teaspoons, 8 Dessert/Oval soup spoons, 8 Dinner Forks, 7 Salad/dessert Forks, 7 Dinner Knives, 1 Sugar Spoon and 1 Master Butter Knife. They have been used and are currently not polished. Can you tell me what this set is worth and is there a market for them?

Hi there and thanks for joining us. Your Oneida Skyward flatware is silverplated. Its value is as a set for daily use as opposed to an investment such as sterling silver. You can visit www.replacements.com, look under the ‘silver’ category, then ‘Oneida’ and find the pattern…each peice is listed with a retail price that Replacements, Ltd. will sell you one.

You could check the ‘completed items’ on eBay for what a set like your is really selling for, and eBay may be your best market.

Regards,

Uncle Vic

Thanks much!
