Hi i am a newb and have a unknown hallmark on my butter knife as there is no british mark maybe its foriegn but i cant seem to find the marks anywhere maybe someone will know many thanks
I think this is British, probably by William Page & Co of Birmingham, but it is not silver; at best it is electroplate.

It’s not an assay mark, only a trade mark, so gives no useful information beyond the maker; i.e. no town or date indication.
