Cutlery is a Spanish city of Barcelona.
LBB is the mark of the assayer and performed in the first third of XX (Luis Balcells Buigas).
CARRERAS is the manufacturer (Francisco Carreras or Jacint Carreras, both worked in Barcelona in the 19th century).
E. VALENTI is trading where the cutlery was sold.
