I found this spoon on the beach this morning in Mayne Island, British Columbia. I would love to know more about it but it’s so rusted I can’t see any markings.
Hello, the brand usually is this space. To clean, I suggest you leave it soaked in lemon juice for at least 24 hours and then use a polish, if you don’t have one you can use white toothpaste. Based on the reddish color, I would bet that it is made of cupro-nickel, but honestly I have no experience with items in salt water.
