Sterling Cake Server - Multiple Marks

Hello,
I came across this Cake server and am having a hard time identifying the maker, assayer, and or exporter marks.
This server is about 11 inches long and weighs 4.4 ounces.
Any help woud be appreciated.

I see a couple of Polish marks there for .800 silver.
