This is Wm Rogers, and is not silver, but silver plated (EPNS which is silver electroplated over nickel). Generally these do not have a lot of value, particularly if silver has come off in places. To get a firmer idea of price, I’d look for sold sets on eBay of silver-plated tea/coffee services.
