There is a complete boxed set for sale on the well known auction site at $199.95, but individual stamps from the collection have sold for more than £10 each.

how do you determine the value with just the silver content weight for the minature stamps?

If you mean how does one determine the value of the silver try googling “scrap silver calculator” and plug the relevant numbers into a suitable site, remembering that sterling silver is 0.925 pure.
