Struggling to identify makers mark

Hello all was wondering if I could get some help to identify the makers mark on this piece of jewelry I have got the anchor,the lion ,the date letter of 1903 _04 struggling on the makers mark so if any one of you guys or dolls could help me out would be great thanks in advance,cheers
