The hallmark appears to be London 1876 but your picture is sadly out of focus. Please take another picture ensuring it is in focus and re-post it. It would also be useful to know what the mark is on.

Definitely London 1876. The maker may be Thomas Whitehouse, a known maker of this sort of item.
