Sugar tongs hallmark help

I’m trying to identify the hallmark on my grandmother’s sugar tongs.

The makers of these tongs are signified by the “D&H” part of the mark. This is Deykin & Harrison, a Birmingham company. The other 2 marks, fleur de lis and gondola, are D&H’s trade marks. Your tongs are either a polished base metal alloy or electroplate. They are not silver as they do not have a British hallmark. The tongs probably date to the early 20th century.
