I found this teapot in my local scrap yard and i fell in love with it and i decided i couldnt leave it there to fend for itself iv tried to identity the maker im guessing its silver plate as i cant see any hallmarks wny help much appreciated thank you
Lack of hallmarks mean that it is, at best, electroplated. The G Ltd mark matches one used on silver by Gieves Ltd and is attributed to them here.

Thank you for your help i rubbed it with my thumb and it was shiney in seconds i havent cleaned it yet as you can see but sadly no hallmarks yet many thanks
