The picture of hallmark is not good, but I believe your item is plated.
I agree that it is most likely to be plated but a clearer picture of the marks might aid identification. Take your camera farther away from the mark so that it can focus properly.

Thank you! I believe it is plated also. I was wondering what company made it and when it was made.
I will try to get a better picture the next time I am at her house.
