Tea Set Carnoustie to Brisbane

I have been researching Family History and found a Tea Set that my Mother was given from her Great Aunt in Carnoustie. Mum’s Father visited during WW1 and in 1951 the Tea Set was sent to him in Brisbane Australia. I have attached photos and was wondering if you can confirm age, maker etc from stamps. Also wondering your opinion on the market for this type of set and approx value? Unfortunately the tray did not come out with it. Photos attached as Google drive link from icloud. We are told it belonged to Great Aunts Grandparents. The initials DJS are engraved.
I am interested in dating and valuing the items to add to insurance at this stage.

25 Tea Set
27 Hall Marks x 5

The hallmark in your picture (I assume the other pieces have the same set of marks) is a London sterling silver mark for the assay year 1804/05 with the maker’s mark of Thomas Wallis.

What appears to be a similar sized set, but from 1897, sold recently on Ebay for AU$ 887. For insurance and because yours is much older you should certainly increase that value.

Finally, please polish it - silver is supposed to be shiny.
