Teapot with a beaver hallmark

Hi all,

I’m trying to find the origins and metal of this teapot I have acquired. I’d love some assistance with reading these hallmarks.

Thank you

Your teapot is electroplated - manufactured by J Sherwood & Sons, a Birmingham company. It would have been made sometime before about 1895 when the use of the crown symbol on electroplate was outlawed as being potentially confused with a Sheffield silver hallmark.
