These marks have me stumped

First let me start by saying I’m a complete novice. I’ve been recently helping a friend with IDing a large collection of silver they inherited from their grandmother. We have managed to track down everything except for this one platter. I saw a few post with similar marks but no responses. I am hoping with inclusion of the heraldry someone can help identify the marks.

Still unknown. The heraldry seems to be just a fantasy decoration. It is electroplate, not silver.

Thank you for the response. How can you tell the difference between silver and electroplating? This is all very new to me.

Silver is almost invariably marked as such in some way; e.g. with a numerical fineness (925,800, etc), with a recognised hallmark, or, for US silver particularly, “sterling”. There are no requirements for electroplate to be marked.
