Hello on this beautiful May Sunday morning!
Yesterday, my modest collection of miscellaneous items was enriched by a fob signed with the initials “TJS” and signed with the Chester city mark and “R” indicating the year 1917. There would be nothing intriguing about it if it weren’t for the shape, or rather the pattern of this medal resembling… a pentagram! 
The 5-pointed star is also found in Freemasonry, where it’s known as the “Blazing Star”.
